Jones is Balding. He's had male pattern for years now, so I would assume he looks stupid with hair at this point. GSP just shaves his head.

Fedor, Jones, and Anderson are all bald. DC has a receding hairline, but has more hair than Jones at this point. GSP has an iron hairline.

Basically 4 out of the 5 GOAT candidates Don't have hair.
It's the same in other sports too. In basketball GOAT Michael Jordan is bald, in baseball GOAT Barry Bonds is bald, and in football GOAT Jerry Rice is bald or if your a defense guy, GOAT Lawrence Taylor is bald. Even if you want to go with Tom Brady, he's had hair treatment, and without it, he's a bald dude.

too much testosterone = hair loss

I think it has more to do with the sensitivity of hair follicles to forms of testosterone... That part is genetic. Some men just aren't that sensitive to it (which means they keep their hair longer, but by that same token they may have less fuller beards due to a lack of sensitivity, but that isn't always the case.
