I'll settle down after I hit the gym. Testosterone is surging. It's only natural for me... the plight of man engages the lust of battle... the lust of a womans bosom. I can't have either of those right now... the closest thing is lifting heavy things until my body is fulfilled, then tonight I will fulfill the rest...

I know @HunterSdVa29 can appreciate it. dude has wrote hits for literally every country star. and i hate country music. but dude is a throwback to southern blues rock. just him and a guitar.
 
not a country guy either, but I like that guy. he owned the stage he shared w/ Timberlake, not easy to do

Well it's the offseason for sprinters right now so he is building his base for more intense work next year. But he has a lot of room for improvement still. Ppl think he needs to change his arm swing but that hasnt affected him at all and he is comfortable with it.

He needs slight increase in strength and power and more short sprints. He has good speed endurance so a short to long progran is good for him even though he isn't a power sprinter.

Agree. Old Town is good for one night. Gas Lamp district is more popular and up to date.

Meh - he could go the Calvin Smith route. He's just missing that 'magical' 5" growth spurt that Carl Lewis had.

I haven't used it either but it does seem a bit like what people have been doing in Europe for a long time renting out their house or a portion of their house. I remember as a kid we vacationed a couple of summers in Slovenia, on the coast and the owner of the house we rented had a smaller apt in the back that he would occupy for the summer while renting out the majority of his house. About 10yrs ago we rented a house outside of Sienna and the owner had a smaller place on the same property.
