Na I live in Irvine, our main office is here in Irvine as well but I only go there for an hour or so a week, I do most of my admin work at home on Mondays. Really I only ever go to the office to pick up wine for clients lol. I have some accounts in South Bay, WeHo, Beverly Hills and Pasadena so I stroll through there a few times a month. I have some in Malibu and the Palisades too but that shit is just too fucking far.

Nice man! Glad to hear you're doing well out there. I use to commute from Wilmington to Irvine on the 405, daily. I seriously wanted to die plenty of times lol. I eventually just started taking the carpool lane towards the end of my time back home.

That's a terrible drive. 405N in the pm and 405S in the am sucks.

It was by far the worst I've ever experienced. The carpool lane definitely saved me some time, but there were times a bike cop was chillin right there where the 405 meets the 55. I would shit bricks and reach behind my seat as if I were handing something/talking to a child LOL.

Prior to that, I use to work for One West Bank over in West Covina. So Wilmington to West Covina...That too was hell.

They get Alpine Nelson every so often as well, that beer is fucking fire. I've been to Ohana before but don't remember much about it so the beer was probably just average lol. Never been to Mumford, I'll have to check it out sometime. I tend to avoid going to LA in my free time though unless its for an event. The place is just a huge shit show.

If you like NE style IPAs, Mumford has some of the best in Southern California. Probably only Monkish in Torrance would be considered better by most enthusiasts, and they were really the first ones to bring that style to our area. The commute to Torrance is hellish from Pasadena, so I tend to stick to Mumford. It's near the Arts District so I can get away with taking the 5 and avoiding that fucked up DTLA traffic on the 110.

Traffic gets astonishingly bad, even for SoCal, on the 10 once youre out the IE heading west

Occasionally its bad all the way 2 like Baldwin Park, absurd

Its bad in spots of SD but nothing like that or the DC area
