Weren't you under a tornado threat? I have a colleague in Palm Beach and I think he said that they were worried about a tornado.
 
I've been getting amber alert style flash flood warnings for the past couple hours... no idea what that's about. I live on a slight hill so I've just been watching water run down the street all day...

Lol, yea, shit happens all the time, it's not a big deal, I'm at a party, everyone's pissed, they finally put the game back on just now

Never buy a house at a low point of the local terrain.

Flooding is just terrible. We did a massive renovation of a house and during the the installation of the windows there was a massive downpour. We were also re-doing the eaves troughs and as a result the basement window wells were completely filled with water. we had a bout 3" of water in the basement. The Quickstep flooring had to be completely replaced after drying out the basement.

You don't have a time shifted CBS channel (non-local) that you can switch to? Are you using OTA TV?

This rain is horrible. This is California not Seattle

I do - at my condo for work. OTA is part of cord cutting. You clearly have not seen the epic channels available on OTA like Grit, and Heroes & Icons - LOL.
 
The power went out in my area. Looks like I'm going to be early.
 
I really cant fathom living in a place where this weather is common. This month has been fucking miserable.

Cool we needed some water, but give it a damn rest Mother Nature.

I used that when you used to be able to hack it. Had free pay per view for about 5 years.

Don't forget Buzzer or whatever its called. Watched some shitty gameshow that Alex Trebec hosted before Jeopardy. It was high quality entertainment.
 
This rain is absurd, although clearly we could use it.

Having lived near seattle and germany for 7 years combined, still never used to that bullshit
 
Normal LA rain is cool... it comes in, basically sprinkles for a while... dumps for like 1 hour max and then sprinkles a bit more before moving on.

I'm good with that.

But this raining hard for 12 straight hours shit can go fuck off, doesn't belong here.
 
It's supposed to rain all night up until tomorrow afternoon.
 
Its rained here pretty much 3 days str8 now. And like yall said, hard.

Some of our roads are pretty flooded haha
