I know how to sprawl, my best friend was a state qualifier and I use to beat him sometimes even though I never wrestled because I was just much stronger at the time, not anymore. I also did BJJ for a while.

I agree for the most part. Dabbled in boxing as well, never took any of it serious though. Stopped BJJ due to having a couple surgery's, not related to the BJJ.
