Property values here in the bay are absurd. Almost a million dollars for a 2000 sq ft house.
You mean he flopped a set. Yeah, that's just a cooler.
Yes sir, exactly what I mean. Guy was really frustrating though, real old guy, kept having to takes his cards off the table just so he could see his hand. Couldn't get any kind of read on him and he kept getting great cards. Oh well

At least he didn't slow roll you like Palp would
no lie. market picked up in my area and hella ppl are selling. even some of these flat roofed eichler houses are going for 900K.
my house has an extra room add on so it's right around the 1mil mark no doubt.
it's total win, since I only paid 240 for it way back when.
I'm more a blackjack guy as can essentially count single or double deck tables, I've never lost money ever at 21. Not saying I always ball out, but I at least double my money every time.
The keep is actually staying, other players get pissed bc it throws the deal off but fuck them, chill and watch the dealer bust rather than chase 21
Lmao at "you're in trouble!"
I remember in hs when poker started booming me and my friends would play a lot. Two of my buddies totally ripped these two freshmen off after school, one guy rigged the deck so my friend had 4 of a kind vs a full house lmao. He won like $50 on that hand.
Word, if Ima lose I'm gonna at least give myself a chance, not throw my hand away on a bust.
Especially if the dealer has a 4,5,6 showing. They generally have to hit at either 15 or 16 below, probably 75-80 % if they're showing one of those cards they'll bust. Trust
Yeah my dad's old place was about 220. Now it's north of 800k.
It's not anything special either. About 20 years old and only 1 story.
