Ever since I messed with his av/sig hes been a shell of himself, just going through the motions

I put up some 65lb ohp earlier. Felt like a fucking boss




Hah nah, felt good though. I've worked with a trainer the past few sessions to fix my form on most things. Seriously worth it
 
Looks like that gym has good equipment and was color-schemed by a flamboyantly gay pro wrestling fan.

i did 165 but i couldnt do that paused for a picture lol


the equipment is fantastic ..just wish they had 100+lb dumbbells

That shit is hilarious. Been a long time since gheyberry had a thread that good

I blame the "graphic sexual posting" scourge a while ago. Banned a ton of people and chopped the balls off that subforum
