Ended up just making burgers with sauteed onions and peppers and some fresh cut, Boardwalk Fries last night since my sister came over with her fiancee and I've been wanting to test out my fancy slow cooker as a deep fryer. Worked better than expected.

Marinating wings for tonight now. @senri what do you think of this marinade for 4 lbs of chicken wings?

1/2 cup Olive oil
4 tsp Cumin
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp cayenne
1.5 tsp turmeric
1 tsp allspice
2 tsp kosher salt
.5 tsp fresh ground black pepper

It's in the fridge now. Looking forward to roasting it up this evening. Haven't tried making Middle Eastern wings before and I'm bored of all the wing marinades I've used before. Gonna whip up a tahini sauce to go with it. Just some tahini, lemon juice, garlic and salt.

Also gonna make some cajun red beans and rice for the week. But I don't feel like going out for sausage. Anyone think chicken breast as a replacement is truly wrong?

rewatched the fight, still hard to judge. mad momentum swings within individual rounds

i'll say this, GGG showed the best head movement by far i've ever seen him use (mainly b/c he generally uses zero), coupled with just blocking w/ his gloves. he clearly took danny seriously and was frustrated by his even better footwork/body movement.

no losers in that fight IMO
