I don't complain unless it is something over the top. A few weeks ago I was at a fast food place and after I paid the guy didn't give me my change. I said I would like my change and he said "you really need the XX cents?" He gave me the change and I asked for the manager. Afterwards I felt like an asshole for wasting my time to complain about some dickhead teenager at a fast food place.
