I'm not sure what the unconscious patient was there for but I thought blood could be draw without consent if it was for a DUI or similar. Because blood is evidence and over time (minutes and hours) the body is slowly "destroying" that evidence.

that happened to my old 360 in germany, ex wife plugged it into a 220v outlet w/o a converter....
whole house's fuses blew hahah
luckily only the big power supply (which unfortunately, the Xbone removed to a smaller, simpler cord) blew and the console itself was fine

It was a refurbished one, I only paid $180 for it, this has happened before but it turned it on after about an hour, no luck this time.
