I have always thought that public intoxication laws were absolute bullshit. If you are drunk in public there are a million other things you can be charged with. Drunk and pissing on the sidewalk? Public urination, indecent exposure. Acting like an asshole in general? Disorderly conduct.

I just checked the forecast --- gonna be 85F in Half Moon bay! Usually when you get over the Palo Alto hills/Santa Cruz mtns it cools down. That is some oppressive heat.
