I can make pasta, but pretty useless after that.

It's nice to eat decent food, considering pretty much everyone I know can't cook. It's a decent skill to have. Easy as shit. I mean, women do it well consistently. nuff said.

The meanest crab (Maryland and cream of crab) soup ever made. Period. It's a big thing around here. Chowder isn't big in Maryland. Crabs are definitely a huge Maryland thing. Huge. Great crabs.

I'm in the middle of the map. I don't think I've ever had a legit chowder. My parents can cook very well, but the only authentic food either can make is Italian. I'm a German mutt but my dad grew up in an all Italian neighborhood in northeast KC. Italians used to run this city. An old Italian recipe for meatballs has been in my family for a while. The best I've ever had anyways.

Chicken breast brushed with a olive oil, thyme and seasoned salt glaze is pretty good ... eat it with garlic mashed potatoes (skin on) and boiled seasoned carrots (crushed black pepper and a touch of sea salt) .. if I'm feelin funky ill make a salad with romaine lettuce, celery, green onions and croutons
