I'll have to watch that movie. I do remember watching something a long time ago about the guy. He was back from war - right? It was the first mass shooting on record where someone just went postal.

The funny - not so funny - thing is that I remember being a kid when the postal shootings were happening. I would come home from school and there would be helicopter coverage of some nondescript gov't warehouse type building; and it happened often (!?!?)

I went to see an ENT this week about turbinate reduction surgery and he swabbed some afrin in my nose on the primary turbinates. Goddamn my life was changed!

To all of the other mouth breathers out there -- I highly recommend to all of you to pick up some Afrin at the drug store (over the counter) if you have trouble breathing through your nose. Changed my sleeping and life in two nights.

Ok, I have to jump in here. I know for sure Grave's son cares about him, as evidenced by the fact that his son told him, "under no circumstances should you try to ride over the Santa Cruz mountains to the Pacific coast on Tunitas Creek road.".

lol, this much is true. but I'll tell you what, next time you're out here we'll ride it. just don't do the whole thing in the big ring and I'll try to keep up.

Definitely, this summer at the latest.

No big ring for me on the way back up Tunitas Creek rd though, that grade from about km 2 to 5 is no joke.
