Sorry I no can banish for this reason. This not evidence more like person opinion, too many bias for take as factual. I remember reading in English book funny line: opinion is like anus, every person has anus, and all anus stinky. Moral of story is all opinion can be stinky (like anuses). In Courts of Laws you no convince judge. Classic 'heshay sheshay' argue, no can be solve.
