I earn it at a regular rate, it's just hard to take off when we have actual classes (which is every full 5 day week, no week's w/ federal holidays). Plus, i have mad additional duties like Safety Officer and Fire Marshall for my building so it's hard for me to leave.

That's how i built up 100 sick leave hours and 180 vacation hours

Good pt, although that's not quite as easy when you work for a large, bureacratic federal government.

also, i don't know how you do your job everyday, Accounting isn't hard (at least the classes i'm in), but it gets old pretty quick w/ all the damn exceptions, contraaccounts, etc...
