Haha, nice one TS. Alvey is so fucking over-rated. Brunson gave Yoel fucking Romero a tough fight for 2.5 rounds especially in the grappling department. That alone made Brunson a lock to smash the ginger, he'd just finished one durable ginger very quickly in Ed Herman.

Brunson is much better than Avley and was a huge fav because his wresting is levels above Sam's..He won the fight standing without having to use that much of the wrestling that makes him a better fighter and the huge fav in the fight... No one can really complain or say they think Alvey was going to come back.

Really, which fights? He was getting the shit kicked out of him by the toughest opponent he's ever faced. Are you talking about the time paper chinned just Ko'd by Masvidal at WW Cezar punched him a few times before Sam KO'd him? Was Dylan Andrews beating him up that badly? Well if he was then I don't even know why you or anyone thought he had much of a chance against Brunson. He lost to tom Watson before knocking out guys on that similar level.

No fucking way. He was on his way to permanent brain damage land. His only chance against the much more well rounded Brunson was on the feet. Alvey got utterly schooled there. The second the GNP started, the fight was over.
