Burkas is ...easy thing to hide face and look lesser dangerous for victims...
Basically might be used like helmets for motosport: too might hide face.....

It is difficult to teach male walk like female...etc stuff.
While is not difficult to teach female like she is older and camouflage to look like older and not attractive, additionally ppl more inclined that military person is male, attention worth female is young and nice looking etc.

This is useless unless there is some actual punishment involved.

The idea would be to id stop them and have them criminality trespassed.

This is in the UK, correct so what's the penalties for criminal trespassing.

In the US it can be a felony.

Because it's the UK they will probably receive a gift card with credits so they don't do it again.
