That may be, but I really don't see JDS winning this. Whether it's a decision or a KO or a sub, JDS is having a bad night.

I'm really all aboard this Fiziev hype train right now and have big hopes for the guy at LW..

I liked Fiziev by decision at +225 and Jacare at -110.

He's had several split decisions vs non top 15 FWs however. Also Fiziev is super athletic with a low base, and hes good in the clinch from years of elite level Muay Thai and hes a patient strike and comfortable at range despite being stocky. His record of 9-1 doesnt tell the full story, dudes Petr Yan and Shevchenkos striking coach so hes been around elite MMA a while and only 28.

Moicano shouldn't be such a dog but its hard to see where he wins stylistically.

JDS has an insane TDD and is probably the better grappler. Gane won't try a TD and wouldn't succeed anyway.
Imo, Gane can only get a sub if he hurts him badly on the feet.

I doubt you would see odds that don’t reflect that lopsided matchup.

Moreno is younger, he cuts less weight, he's never been stopped. Figuereido isn't a spring chicken, the weight cut is very tough for him and it'll be the second one within a month. I get why dude is the favorite, but this is a far cry from a lock.

There could be positives in fighting so soon also though, he'll be much closer to fighting weight having fought so recently. I just feel like Figeureido is at his absolute peak right now and he's going to maul anyone they put in front of him anytime soon.
