Safarov is a can. Guy had 2 fights in 4 years before the UFC.


0 fights in 2013 and 2015, 1 fight in 2012 and 2016 each. There's better Russian fighters who are actually accomplished, not sure why they signed Safarov of all people when there's so many great fighters.
