Saenchai signs with Glory!

They should get young 65kg guys and build them up instead of Saenchai. He's not the best kickboxer and he's kind of old as well

How do you think he'll do with the doesn't rule set?

He is out of the stadiums now,he can built a training for his opponent on kb rules, that is will be the big difference comparing his performances on kb when he used to fight usually on the stadiums for now,he will perform good

Well that's unexpected. I prefer Saenchai with his full arsenal of weapons in MT, but I'm okay with this...

Good for him, surely will make better money?

Very curious to see him in these rules and against other opponents.

Just saw this on FB and it'l be on the Superfight series so I'll actually get to see it!

This is big.

Could be a first sign of Glory getting their shit together.

I thought he was preparing for his fight with McGregor.....

Was Saenchai signed before Amrani was scratched? Would be funny if they just signed him as a replacement fighter.

This should be interesting.

I think this is a good move by Glory.

Let's be honest, this is cared about only because of the promotion. Glory is like a smaller version of UFC. The promotion is the selling point. The amount of Saenchai Tweets in the last few hours show this. No one would care if he was fighting the same guy in Kunlun, Japan, or wherever. Largely the same if he were to fight Adamchuck or Varga outside of Glory. I mean, four people probably know he fought Glunder last year. It was Muay Thai, but still, he's more regarded in kickboxing than this guy.

I care because I'm tired of Glory limping around with a three man division. Unless he's really loosening the pressure on the pedal, he should easily run through the likes of Varga and Amrani.

Promotion matters sure. Not that many know he fought Glunder because Yokkao, think I can say literally, doesn't air anywhere.

Being able to see a fight on youtube 2 months after it happened is pretty meh.

You're seem to be thinking sherdog/western audience-wise. Of course they care more when they can/will see it. It'd be more of a thing on the chinese forums if he fought in China.

Nobody on twitter/fight forums gave a damn about the female tournaments that Kunlun did even though they were easily better than what Glory is doing now. Somehow "omg timebomb and Barlow, best thing eva!!111" was all over twitter and facebook a couple weeks ago. My take on it instantly was like she lost in China, and her, and her, and her... and then Barlow dropped out to top if off :D

Meanwhile Glory FW ranked 3 is fighting Glory FW ranked 8 in Legend of Emei this weekend.
