News Ryan Hall vs Dan Ige

Finally Hall gets a fight. That's good we're seeing some movement in the FW division

Lol, the guy seems cool in a personal way, I like him as a guy, but as a fighter I'm not a fan.

Dude is going around saying people are ducking him when he has beaten completely washed up guys on shit streaks and has only taken 4 fights in 5 years. He acts like he's a name, but he isn't one. The reality is he didn't get booked against anyone because no one cares. The only sub-35yr old he beat in the UFC is Artem Fucking Lobov, and we're talking FW here.

I understand his hustle, and ultimately it has paid off, but the guy acts like people should be excited to see him when he has no future in the division, imo he's too old, too slow, too many holes, and somewhat of a fun novelty, nothing else. The second he starts facing legit fighters in their primes with decent records who can avoid him rolling around he will lose, perhaps in embarrassing fashion, if he doesn't get out of the game first. People act like he's a complete animal because he threw some spinning shit against Elkins. Give me a break son. I also detest his flopping around like a fish and I think he should be penalized for timidity for doing that, but props to him for gaming the system to his strengths. Just don't ask me not to want to see him get destroyed after doing that.

Maybe he will come out and look like a vastly improved fighter like Ortega did recently and win me over, in that case I'll give him props. I doubt it though, I think Ige will bust him. We'll see.

Ever think it is true? People don’t want him because its a high chance of losing.

Happy to see Hall fight. Hope he wins via sub round 1

I like this fight a lot. I'm going for Ige - I reckon he keeps it standing for 15mins and lands the harder shots to win a UD.
 
Glad to see Hall finally getting a decent match. Guy seems to have an awful time getting people to sign on to fight him.
 
Oh man, waited quite some time for this. Lets see how much can Hall do against guy like Ige. He obviously has top tier bjj and is fearless so I am interested in how he deals with legit featherweight talent.

Gifted? I think Hall has had the toughest path there is, inactivity has not been his choice..
