Ryan Hall choked completely out. LOL

Well, getting this thread back on track somewhat. Did Hall get choked out more from zoning out while being choked, or is the choke the intended outcome? From what I saw, he neglected to tuck his chin in and exposed his carotid in the process. I use the same arm positions to alleviate the guillotine, but I tend to use it as a stall until I can peel away the arm of my opponent.

On another note, I'm glad to see high ranking female students in any dojo, and that gal appeared to be a sensei. Mucho power to her, as female grapplers are still a rare breed indeed!

I've seen that guy compete before. He likes to pick people up over his head for the takedown.

How quickly ryan rolls through for inverted guard is insane...looks like a dude doing cartwheels but the whole time looking for an attack...
