Ryan Bundy's Opening Statement

I'm a bit worried to ask but how about posting the prosecutions opening?
I'd bet it is a bit more articulate, I'm surprised Bundy mentioned the voir dire process, that will be off limits in the proceedings and I can't even begin to guess the number of objections that will be sustained. This has retrial written all over it. Where's the Oregan militia going next I wonder? I'll send snacks when they arrive.

IF you support Bundy, then you should be against Sessions and Trumps ideas on eminent domain.
The ironic part is the people who support Bundy, then will turn around and be cool with Sessions and Trump saying the government can take your shit.

my guess is you don't know shit about what the government has done to force the Bundy's to sell, just because every other rancher in that area went away quietly doesn't mean the buy out was ever lawful

If the rights to usage of land has already been established by the state of Nevada itself prior to the establishment of the BLM, how can the BLM rescind such rights by the means utilized by the BLM?

Fees owed to whom? The state of Nevada or the federal government?

The land belongs to the state of Nevada. The federal government has overreached on this issue.
