In one damn casual chemistry process you need to follow guidelines strictly in order not to produce this accidentally.
It is also used and produced with intent for semiconductor industry....

Normal trade school in chemistry field might gave enough skills to produce fosgen, chlor gas and cyanide.....
It is simple process and easy stuff.

You are a moron, there is nothing preventing .50 caliber bullets to be used against personnel.

That would make the Barrett M82 illegal buddy, there was some fuzz some time ago about sniper bullets being "hollow point" but the US army showed that they are not more deadly than a FMJ bullet.

I mean use your brain a little, you honestly think its illegal to use a M2 Browning on infantry when the US uses the A-10 gun to shoot at people?

The West pushed for peace talks non-stop when the war was going on early, they also refused to give Ukraine offensive weapons, until months after the war, when it was clear that Russia was not willing to negotiate anything except Ukrainian surrender.

Then the weapons started pouring in Ukraine and Russia felt the big NATO dick knocking on its asshole, then now its all "NATO wants war, we want peace" talking points despite the fact that Russia still asks for Ukraine's unconditional surrender as prelude to talks.

BTW we are in funny situation.

Lawmaker for example doesn't allow to use JP or JHP type stuff even for 38.Sp.
While might allow to selll FMJ 9*19 mm PP+ if it doesn't have steel etc core...
For civilian CCW.
