I said not every civilian death is a war crime. Which it's not. Shit happens.
If there are tanks rolling through your neighborhood from an invading army, don't fucking drive around the streets. Those deaths, definitely not "war crimes" need more examples, or do you get the jist of it now?

Listened to it again. Seems like it 7.62 machine gun at the begining, and then simultaneously 5.45 AKs and the same 7.62 MG.

Lol at not realizing my point... this 10k figure is supposedly annoffical Russian figure too so jumping from 900 to 10k in official Russian figures makes no sense

What Putin is essentially threatening to do at Mariupol at this juncture is commit a form of genocide: ultimatums of military tribunal for all remaining residents is likely Gulag or death sentence based on identity, heritage and nationality. It's a crime on many levels and frankly, not up for debate. The indiscriminant targeting that has become common and widely confirmed is appalling.

Nevermind there's a world of difference between occupation and annexation. Doesn't make either one right, but definitely makes the latter much worse.

What? This sounds very naive and justifying of Putin's war. He took over Crimea and Donbas by force and Ukraine would not cede. At the very least Putin wants a concession and international recognition of those regions to lift existing sanctions. So besides the point that the war is tougher than he expected, and that he swatted a hornets' nest of new sanctions, there were obviously always going to be people killed in this military operation.

They also wanted to remake the Middle East and neutralize the Iraqi threat to Israel. Cheney et al are war criminals for sure, no doubt in my mind they should be rotting in prison.
 
 
Unless the same leaders responsible for Iraq are going to be tried and executed for war crimes, then pointing out the hypocrisy of the West is absolutely valid. When are George Bush, Barack Obama, Tony Blair, etc going on trial again?

Coming from you that means very little. I have been following this thread from the beginning. Anything you dont agree with you label a Putin apologist but Vladi wont even invite me to eat. But your missing my message. US wanted to hunt terrorists but created a genocide a genocide who by the way never had any consequences for the american people or its goverment. Putins objective doesnt matter, the one thing that does is the damage he created.
