For Ukraine: looks that 32 000 000 EUR bill for January 2024th is Signed and such funding already is provided today.
While supposed Bill for 500 000 000 EUR funding warranted by State Treasury yet isn't signed because supreme lawmaker ( parliament ) had voted for budget 2024 th with 0 cent for Ukr.. .
So 32 000 000 EUR are from emergency fund and for further next assitance they need parliament to sign corrected budget 2024 th
