it should be a massive improvement over Ukraine's current capabilities which are like flying a fighter jet through fog with a 12v headlight vs the F16 who can see 100km+ depending on the loadout. This should suppress any leftover KA-52 and possibly even push the GPS glide bombers back away from the front line to make them far less effective.

F16s will be flown by completely inexperienced Ukrainian pilots and easily shot down by Russian interceptors and air defense systems and it will be even simpler to do because they are easier to identify and not risk friendly fire situations

Keep in mind, they might be destroyed even before they get into a flight, Kinzhals and Kalibrs can reach any destination in Ukraine and Lancets already destroyed parked planes 100 km away from the front lines
