Also firearms and explosives problem in russia will increase, like it was in time when were these wars in Checnya.
& of course it is possible to earn money by selling weapons and ammunition& explosives to criminals.
Obiviously they will not sell weapon issued to them when number is registered in journals. Ofc it is crazy idea.

However no one might 100% control number of cartridges, hand grenades, grenades for the same RPG-7 usage ....
Also trophy weapons migh be not registered and later sold to criminals.

Being big and muscular is not an important physical attribute for special forces and could even be a detriment. They're going to be doing pullups, pushups, timed runs, 10-mile marches carrying a 45-pound rucksack. And swimming like fishes. So stamina is much more important.

Do for example phys test for anti terrorism unit.
You are used to be strong not in order to beat ppl .....in order to be able move with equipment.
They doesn't use only just these shields used by riot control units...these are light and peace of cake if compare with smaller size shield capable to protect from fire when assault rifle is used.
Vests too are cool thing. Especially high protection level stuff and if doubled...
Doubled means that you have 1 light stuff, like from these usable to protect from handgun till certain level and it might be used under suit and not too easy see that you have it.
After this 1st stuff something is used and then you have 2 nd and it is heavy vest with plates, kevlar and synthetic stuff.
This alone might exceed 45 lbs. These 2 vests.
Shield too might weight even these 45 lbs.
Together this alone might be 90 lbs or more.
 
Our anti terrorism units doesn't use pull ups and push ups for main criteria to evalue candidates.
It is ....hazing type stuff.
You have these 2 vests and this shield... it isn't riot control units shield at all, this peace of shit is really heavy. And then you have all equipment too....
There is 27 floor building and you have to start from basement till roof on stairs while should use gas mask.
Drilling sergeant and secretary plus usually leutenant will fix in chonometers time you will use to climb from basement till roof by using stairs. In gas mask and with all this shit weight you have to bear.
This test is called " you are to be used to be strong ".

It’s not exactly true though. I’m sure there are plenty of lunk heads that fail but plenty of jacked dudes pass too. I don’t think you’ll find a juicier bunch of guys than Ranger bat/SF groups. I imagine seals is the the same but I don’t have any first hand experience with them. I’ve met quite a few SF guys that are pretty open about it.

Azov initially was batallion size unit, nothing more. Later cos better financing they had on paper " expanded ," while really majority of ppl used to resist in Mariupol weren't even enlisted in Azov.

There's a 170-210 of lean muscle vs 230 lb + plus strongman style. Both considered "jacked" but there's a point of diminishing returns. These dudes have to swim a long time, have loads of stamina and some strength with muscle mass.

Of course there are some freaks of nature that are like 230 and stamina for days. But the average Navy Seal is like 5'10" 170-190 lbs.

If about possible assistance from EU collective funds for Ukraine.
Latvia currently doesn't have Prime Minister and new president looks that is more interested about local problems than about does Ukraine is Ukraine or Zimbabwe if to talk openly.
To assign assistance packages and military aid package for september they need this stuff to be signed by Parliament Secretary, MoD and President ...if parliament will not tell that they doesn't want this to happen.

They will not block anything while warrant letters about finances are in big queation.
Parliament Secretary is like De Santis...exception that he most likely will sign lethal aid packages while about financial assistance he isn't good for Ukraine and unlike Hungary he will reccomend audits done in row instead plain talk ...

I mean that article you linked is Seals so maybe they’re a little different I really couldn’t say.

Also when I say jacked I mean like old school UFC style jacked, not strongman jacked. To be clear not all of them are that way, but I would say maybe half the ones I’ve met were.

If you are smaller, at least vest too will be smaller, i.e lighter.
Equipment ofc the same.
Snipers might be smaller cos camouflage skills and cold character are main criteria for them.

Brazil has two elite groups that would work well in Ukraine. One military and one civilian.
1. Military: Regardless of terrain, the 22nd Jungle Infantry Brigade is as about as elite as Brazilian soldiers get. It is an elite unit with a hard level of selection. They have the hardest jungle school training in the world. Even US Navy SEALs have failed at it, but most graduate - this was the course from 25 years ago.
2. Civilian: BOPE (Special Police Operations Battalion) - Rio de Janeiro. These guys are hands down some of the best urban warfare fighters in the world. Tough training and selection. They became known outside of Brazil through this movie (a true story):

- I'm from Santa Catarina. Brazil also has the Core, Garra and the feared Rota from São Paulo. And the Agulhas Negras. The jungle here is hard, dont blame the guys dont used to the climate, for failing. I know i woundt handle the climate either.
