I had posted year ago that with fishing resources and forests + huge potential for agricultural business with even more fertile soil than Ukraine might have only in their dreams...
Even without crude oil and natural gas and gold etc export Russia might had long ago living standards like in Germany....
That then ppl had applied in long rows to get allowed to be tourist or businessman in Russia and had even paid money just to evalue their applications.

Russia's power is in Russia and they doesn't need to bother about other countries, instead they should had sit in Russia and just invest in Russia.

All russians too better had relocated to Russia and invested IN Russia...

Soil in a lot of areas is so fertile that some 3-5 years you might get good harvest even with 0 fertilizers.... etc.

Yeah.
Russians actually usually are good builders and if are provided with good materials usually are doing good quality job.

While after you had commisioned object there maintenance, repairs and renovations are needed.

Kleptocracy, nepotism and corruption in all levels (!) in not rare cases is leading to stuff on paper vs stuff in real life.

In real life might be that for example bridge or building etc.had been built and even 30-50years after this no one had spent even 1 cent to do upkeep, maintenance, repair works etc....

Then vuala one day something fall apart .....

Ukr too does have approx the same if to be fair.

One reason IMHO is cos they are using the same missiles.

Next reason maybe is cos Ukr more are using HIMARS cos these is easier to camouflage to look like avg mil truck....they are smaller and more mobile too.

Maybe ukr is keeping m270s in reserve for defensive usage scenario.
 
Russia IMHO also was damn wrong when choosed road to be commodities exporter living in dreams that their supplies aren't replaceable....

In reality Russia if had been peaceful and friendly + invested normally...
Might had been world hegemon in tourism industry ( potential is super huge and underrated ) and as agricultural production exporter...

Like this plus HIMARS really is easily to camouflage in order to look like casual mil truck + ofc add extra camouflage ....

They are smaller and this matters a lot if you want to hide something from rus satellites and drones....

I hope it’s only temporary if they do pull back. I understand it’s almost been lost for like a year but the video I was watching was of a pretty pro ukranian view.
 
There are rumours that most likely Ukr will not continue to maintain ' fmu ' USD/ hrivna indirect peg.

This is signal that MAYBE Ukr Central Bank might not be capable to do this or this might be demand from lenders.....

Due to long decades exp history that IMF usually advocates devaluation and austerity measures ....

IMF had transfered first money injection portion from 15,6 b loan deal.
Now Ukr should beg God that Dombrovskis will sign next injection portion bill funded by EU....
How much he will agree to sign too is question.
Ukr are asking for 5 b next $ injection portion....
Will see.
If he will sign at least 1,5b injection next portion then Ukr will have chances.

There are a lot of things in YT and twitter.
Especially comments are really cool troll farm job like stuff.


For example: some commentators are claiming that they had destroeyed more tanks than Ukr ever had in real working condition, more HIMARS than had been even manufactured etc...
Ukr sometimes are claiming that they downed airplane etc while stuff clearly looked like cos technical failure, declared as captured clearly abadoned russian tanks and other weapons....
While pro russian stuff looks considerably better paid and with large trolls farms.

I mean, he's probably forced to pull a mutiny if he wants to stay alive. The only thing keeping him alive is the (limited) success Wagner has had compared to the regular army. But he knows that it's unsustainable, considering his inability to recruit more troops and to have access to ammunition.

I always felt like the key to ending this war is to either crush Wagner totally, or by getting them to switch sides (unthinkable for many, I'm sure, considering their monstrous reputation). They're mercenaries after all, mainly concerned with their own selfish objectives. If Prigozhin pulls out his troops, Russia is done as an offensive threat. The regular army has shown no capacity to move forward, they'll be bogged down in Ukraine and eventually run out of desire to hold onto it.

As a mad man as he is he at least he throws some reality into the situation. He must know even when/if he takes Bakhmut the situation there will be even worse as UKR can step back to the higher ground and surrounding area and send artillery in to the pile of ruble that Bakmut is. And with the massive loses he has taken in Bakhmut for a few km's of ruble he must be asking himself "now what?"
Keep fighting pretending he will make it to Kiev?, he knows they are fucked and only one actually saying it as most of the other mad men politicians and TV hosts that still think UKR will fall and then all the other countries that helped them will be next too.
