Yeah.. it's the " expendables " that I feel the most for. It's the same as the rural farmers who were conscripted for Russia. Ethnic minorities who were considered expendable. Disgusts me.

The Wagner mob I don't particularly care as there's something in it for them. Plus I considered as murderers and rapists etc in my mind. I'm fine with them being wiped off the face of the earth.. hell I'd even prefer it.


Choice is a massive difference for me. The cas totals and what has happened to some regular Ukrainians by fellow Ukrainians I think is going to be disturbing as shit when the truth gets out after this war personally. I think there's a very purposeful avoidance of information and reality by some, as it's far easier to support without sympathy/ guilt/ disagreement of actions taken.

Once again fuck putin and Russia for the situation. I'm never really surprised when Russia does Russia things.

The only reason there's a war in Russia is because that piece of shit Biden took the White House. Trump wanted to know what went on at Burisma and got impeached for a phone call. That is the Deep State. They own Zelensky.

He didn't warn of us shit. He literally was worshipping both of them an was putins butt buddy. He also claimed fake news with a virus was spreading around an basically let covid walk in our backdoor. Also was to much of a pussy to handle half the things he promised.

Russians respected strength...care to guess how much they laughed at Trump? This also the president who told the navy to go back to Steam catapults for our Aircraft carries....

We have already stopped buying from Russia. It’s kind of painfully obvious you haven’t followed this war and also obvious that you haven’t put much thought in it. That why you thought you could come in and type MIC like it was some bombshell. Sorry that’s day one silliness that we’ve long since stopped talking about.

What you’re suggesting is that Russia is invading Ukraine so that some American companies can profit. That’s really stupid my friend.

I mean you can be more charitable and say he's suggesting we use our increasingly limited natural reserves even faster to crater the oil price.. but we don't have the capacity for drilling let alone refining anytime soon to really do that or even just plain storage. Warehousing is expensive and warehousing oil and gas is even more expensive since it's hazmat. The industry operates at on time efficiency standards because of this. They extract and produce as needed to fill existing orders. No more no less.

It also ignores the fact that no one wants to invest in oil refineries because they're expensive as fuck and we are literally running out of oil in north America so anyone that might afford to build a refinery would rather pay to do it somewhere closer to the source. This is incredibly expensive infrastructure that needs decades of operation to pay itself back.. and if they intentionally overproduce to crater the price they definitely won't be making their investment back anytime soon. We're talking about an industry that openly admitting to price gouging post COVID because they needed to pay their investors back for the two years of downturn. They flare natural gas wells 24/7 because collecting and storing it is too expensive.

Completely unreasonable suggestion unless it's also advocating the nationalization of the oil & gas industry.. and then another war within the next decade or so to secure a new source of crude since we've depleted our natural reserves that much faster. We're not going to be able to secure a new source when we're already on empty.

Have any oil or gas executive come out and said they're even willing to do this? lmao
