Yeah, that language is strange and concerning in that context, but the fact that it is being investigated, that he has been taken off the investigation, and that this is being reported on CNN, means that it is being taken seriously. Wait though, CNN is fake news, so this is fake?

And, yes, giving false statements to the FBI about his contacts with Russia, during its investigation into Russia's attempt to influence the election in your boss' favor, is a really bad look, which is why the DOJ is pursuing charges. And also, Trump firing Comey for not killing the investigation into Flynn, and then claiming to those Russians (in a meeting that the WH barred US photographers from, and that they didn't disclose that Kislyak was going to be there, and that we only knew he was there was because the WH allowed Russian photographers) that firing Comey relieved great pressure, is also a really bad look.

It’s good that it’s being reported on, not sure about it being “investigated” yet though. Strzok got transferred off the team but I’d hope someone is actually looking into what may have been going on with him and the high level people around him instead of leaving at “well, he was transferred so don’t worry about it.”

Huh? I don’t give a shit about Strzok having a girlfriend.

The whole meeting with that girlfriend, who’s an FBI lawyer, along with the deputy director of the fbi and talking about not being able to risk trump winning the election and coming up with an insurance policy incase he does is a bit concerning however.

Then his involvement as a lead in the Hillary investigation on top of it all (we can’t risk a trump presidency and oh by the way i control the investigation of his oppponent in the election) is also a concern.

Our government’s big and has a lot of resources, they can investigate more than one thing at a time.

I’m fine with Mueller doing his thing, I’d just like to see some scrutiny on wtf was going on with all of this info coming to late in the last few days too.

Let the chips fall where they may on repubs or dems.

Per the original Axios report, it seems as if anyone did anything wrong, it would be on the GSA, not the Mueller team, and as of now, this is nothing more than a claim from a transition lawyer saying Mueller and his team violated the 4th amendment. The lawyer has simply implied that these emails and briefs were subject to client privilege.

You seem to be jumping to conclusions, tbh.
