I'm also not interested in what you purportedly see coming if you're not confident in a bet and your sources are YouTubers repeating rumors, but that's at least on topic.

The MSM can't crowdsource anonymous social media and do journalism. It involves, if you will, a sort of chain of custody of information. You have to source your reports. If you're not doing that, you're simply not doing journalism. You're doing something else. The MSM would be sued into dust if they behaved like anon. So what I'm saying is there is no adapting- it's not forward-compatible.

And again- you didn't address this- the anon (or reddit, etc etc) stuff is only reliable after the fact, not as it emerges. This theoretically creates a situation where every news story is predicted 100% accurately by anon, but there is no way to know in advance which threads will make the correct prediction. It's sort of a monkeys-on-typewriters problem where you're gambling on the monkeys.

That is bad, not good, for the truth value of the average anon prediction.
