That's incorrect. The farmers were affected. You can effect change; your attitude can affect your ability to effect change. Affect is a passive attribute. The farm land was affected by the drought. Something happened to the land. Effect is an action. To effect change, land use management must change or farmers will continue to feel the effects of drought. The farmers must take action or the drought will cause them trouble.

Don't forget they can both be nouns.

Fox News and WaPo both of which I've already posted.
Then it's interesting to me the WaPo article should include the following:
"In response, Manafort forwarded Papadopoulos’s offer to his deputy Rick Gates, writing, “We need someone to communicate that [Trump] is not doing these trips. It should be someone low level in the campaign so as not to send any signal.”"

To me it's easiest to think of it as affect being a verb and effect being a noun. Then deal with the "exceptions" from there. And that's basically that "affect" as a noun refers to emotion and "effect" as a verb means to bring about. Pretty sure I still fuck it up.

The Podesta Group lobbying and PR firm founded by the Podesta brothers was contracted to the tune of $1.2m directly by Manafort to lobby in Washington DC on behalf of former Ukraine president Viktor Yanukovych. Manafort and the Podesta Group failed to disclose that they were lobbying on behalf of a foreign government, which is a big no-no.

It remains to be seen if John Podesta was in any way involved. If he was, it means both Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton had presidential chiefs of staff who worked together to illegally promote a pro-Russian and Ukrainian lobbying effort.
Yeah but its trumps team who got booked hee-hee...wishful thinking much?

Did anyone watch Hannity tonight? Sean's eyes were red and watery. Dude looked like he must have been crying before the show.

The most accurate description of this obese donkey mammoth I've ever heard was that her face has four distinct quadrants, and all are fighting for control over her face. Spicy was a lying sob, but this bitch is something else.

All this shows is both sides are dirty. Not one specific party or people.

You should probably all stop slitting feathers and admit all the people in charge are cunts.

Yep. Anyone see Carter Page frothing at the mouth on CNN? Every answer he gave was basically a nervous breakdown and then... froth.
