Rushfit

Anything that includes the pitch, "In 8 weeks of using RushFit, you may not want to fight a champion, but you'll sure look like one" has very little likelihood of being worth a shit.

TS, I have been following several of the workouts and they're amazing!

I've dropped probably 5 lbs of fat and gained 3 lbs of muscle since I started. I used to lift weights, but I decided to give this a try and it's been awesome. I almost have a six pack now and am much more toned.

I'm sorry but i had to agree with powerhouse. As soon as I heard that statement i pretty much laughed. Theres no sign of olympic lifts, gymnastics etc and basically it looks like a load of &*$%. IMO they all look allot like basic warm up exercises boxed together and branded with GSP.

OOO, bait and switch. Wasn't expecting that one.

Powerhouse concurs.

Good one, faggot.

I was expecting some sort of Geddy Lee workout tape. There can be only one Rush from Canada.

I apologize if i offended you Cratos. I didn't intend too. Perhaps you assumed the phrase "when i read that i pretty much laughed" was referring to your comment. I wasn't at all. I was referring to GSP saying "In 8 weeks you might not want to fight me, but you'll look like you could". If you had success with Rushfit then congratulations and thanks for your input.

If Neil Peart put out a workout vid, I'd buy it. Even GSP can't move like that guy.

Wow! Just watch War Wagon's vid. GSP has no shame!

Playing drums like Neil Peart does is probably a good cardio workout in itself.

Rushfit is your typical lame workout video branded with GSP's name.

"Before RUSHFIT, I gassed after playing 'Louie, Louie' for three minutes. Now I'm cranking out excruciating half-hour anthems about Ayn Rand's beyond-the-grave opinions of space missions to the heart of the Crab Nebula, and playing bass pedals at the same time! Thanks, RUSHFIT!"

(awaits inevitable pain-pills-plus-hairless-Haitian-boys joke)

That's probably the gayest I've seen a fighter look since Phil Baroni's pre-UFC indiscretions. It's even got a neon pink and blue backdrop. Does this imply that it's possible for one to Jazzercise their way to the UFC WW title?

Frankly it is irresponsible and bs that fighters can get away with this.

There are a lot of people who don't have access to the right training guidance who will end up following this crap. Sure, we can argue if they look on here they can follow good training advice, but not everyone knows about sherdog. Certainly not as many who know of GSP and youtube.

It's pretty scummy really.

Hopefully not serious...

Hopefully not serious...

Why?

Just because you and I have the sense not to follow this crap.

There's a lot of people out there who would want to get into training and don't know where to start.

They see something advertised by GSP and think well that must be quality. And even if someone they know with a bit of knowledge tries to tell them otherwise, who are they going to believe? Their friend or a UFC champion of GSP's calibre.

It's irresponsible and bullshit. Yeh it helps him make money. But there are ways of doing that without being morally bankrupt.

You just described every marketing/endorsement campaign ever done by any pro athlete...Ever.
