RUMOR: UFC 200 PPV buy rate trending to be less than UFC 100, but over 1.2mil

Not too surprised with the hit that the card took last minute.

I'm not surprised. Jones pulling out of the heavily marketed grudge match against DC probably had something to do with it.

Still good to break 1.2 mil nonetheless.

so barely cracks the top 5 biggest ever... so much for "biggest card of all time", 202 will outsell this card

But yeah, "Brock is the biggest star". BULLSHIT. He's a freak attraction and after seeing it once or twice you get bored of it.

I've been saying since Jones pulled out and they made Tate vs. Nunes headliner that we can stop calling this "the biggest card in UFC history".

Conor will be pleased if true. Expect him to harp on about it to everyone in the press conference. Especially to Dana :D

"I'm da biggezt draw in da UFC"

Def, the number 1 fw vs the number 5 lw in a non title welterweight bout has so many implications.
More implications than DC/Silva lol.

After Jon Jones fell out the card took quite a hit, look I'm one of the few guys that actually enjoyed 200 and thought it was a pretty good card but I'm just saying in terms of selling 202 will do better.

Does he? Perhaps you should check out a certain Overeem fight. But then again, this coming from the guy who thought Mike Tyson was the GOAT of boxing. LOL.

To be fair, he is misrepresenting what Dave said
Dave never gave a number & said no numbers are in yet to even make a guess

Dave just talked about the prelim numbers on TV & google being in that area

He never said they were a guess on the buys

Considering they lost Jones/Cormier, Tate/Nunes was the new main event, and Lesnar was fighting a guy he had no beef with (which is what made the Mir fight huge), this is a good number. 200 had no story to suck the amount of people in that Rousey and Conor fights typically do.

I will never get the logic people complain about fighter pay just to turn around and celebrate bad PPV numbers.

Probably will sell better but we will see.
