I think Giuliani does not get coaching before he appears on TV and goes by what he thinks is the current message they are sending. The other issue is he is out there to create confusion with the media by opening the door to allow President Trump supporters to believe that media is out to sink President Trump. At first it was effective but now he has been changing the message everyday it makes it harder to control the narrative and President Trumps own message.
