RU 58841 for hair loss

going bald is life changing, but the risks of chemicals and the permanence of hair transplants aren't worth it imo. there are promising upcoming topical solutions that don't interfere with hormones or involve systemic absorption so let's hope they're good and safe.

"I've seen so many patients"

"that's online anecdotes"

You're not that sharp are ya boy?

So there's online anectdotes too?

Seems like the beginning of evidence for an evidence-based practice...

And yes I’m aware of the irony that I’m preaching against anecdotal evidence and yet my thread is just that.

There’s no data on RU and that’s why I waited a year to go on it. That’s why I won’t recommend it as front line treatment. You are absolutely taking a risk

The only reason we are arguing is because you brought up finasteride and I absolutely despise all the fear mongering toward that drug

Because studies indicate that

A finasteride is effective (both topical and oral)

And

B — side effects are rare. Permanent side effects are exceedingly rare

I'm trying to tell you I've treated guys who came to me with low T and ED after finasteride use and your response is "I despise all the fear mongering toward that drug".

Schill harder, they didn't hear you in the back.

Suffering from hair loss is against TOS.

Sorry TS,

I think there’s a compromise to be made here

You aren’t fear mongering, but you should acknowledge that the odds for long term/permanent dysfunction from finasteride use are quite low

As for RU, I’m rescinding my endorsement for it. I haven’t used it long enough to provide a useful anecdote

As a self proclaimed doctor I recommend you double the dose and also rub some on your dick.
It cant hurt.

I’m editing this post because I’ve only used the stuff for 3 weeks. Not enough time to gauge side effects

Leaving the picture up because it’s funny

I tend by definition to support everything that starts with RU.

As should any self-respecting grown man who isn‘t an oestrogen-soaked, receding-chinned, vocally fried, prey-eyed cuck with inadequate zygos.
