Coming to the Cove in October.That will be two seminar's by two Gracie's in less than a year.

I have yet to get to one of their seminars at the cove. I'm HOPING that they have another one again soon!

i've heard mixed things about Royler seminars.
could anyone who checks this out post a review?

He comes about once per year where I live. He covers the self defense stuff for about an hour and then get's to the ground stuff. Seminar is usually about 3 hrs.

royler seminars are mostly self defence. The defence he shows are very old school to say the least lol. I wasn't really impressed by it but he's funny guy, has great stories from the old days
