Royce Gracie is training navy seals

Ken Shamrock already beat him to it two decades ago

Honestly there was a wave of this through the 80's and 90's, X style master trains nave seal special ops.

Jeet Kun Do was the original for training Navy Seals, and frankly alot more useful for their skill set.

I wish Royce didn't pop for Roids.

There was a time I looked up to the guy.

Unfortunate.
He will lose many hours of sleep over this, he may even forget he won UFC 1 and was a legend, oh the humanity

Royce is a legend, no disrespect BUT

I wonder if the seals will say, ......Yeah but Royce, when are we gonna learn how to punch?

Then Royce says,.......Learn how to punch when first learn balance....Then he rocks the boat and they fall in the water. (M.M)

So next time the SEALS are deployed they're gonna flop to their butts and start waving their feet around in the air? I'm not sure if this is a good idea.
Bjj is perfect underwater.

I hope he teaches that really weak running front kick-to-takedown technique he used. It's almost as unstoppable as the crane kick.

Tim Kennedy cross trains. BJJ isn't enough by itself, it needs to be included with additional skillsets like wrestling and striking. The main problem is that a lot of BJJ practicioners are still under the impression that all you need to train and know is BJJ for mma and real combat/streetfights. Reality is, that isn't enough.
This is the difference between wrestlers and BJJ fighters. The wrestlers almost always become decent strikers - some exceptions like Askren, but most of them learn to strike. BJJ guys almost never develop serviceable striking, which is why it was so cool to see Werdum become dangerous on the feet as well as the mat.

It's also a big part of why the top fighters aren't BJJ fighters anymore.

LOL

Can't wait to see his ankle snap trying to get up.

Toxic asf here God dang. Dude got in a cage and got his ass whooped for money and our entertainment what more can you ask from him

Imagine trying to pull guard on a taliban? Haha that would be some hilarious shit.
