Royce Gracie is training navy seals

I wish Royce didn't pop for Roids.

There was a time I looked up to the guy.

Unfortunate.

That’s very cool.

I'm sure he has plenty of insight to be of use to Special Ops soldiers. That said, working with the Navy Seals Foundation does not equate to training active SEALS for combat.

So next time the SEALS are deployed they're gonna flop to their butts and start waving their feet around in the air? I'm not sure if this is a good idea.

This is the only kinda seal I want to see right now.

Tim Kennedy and Jocko Willink are some examples of BJJ black belts who were in the US Special Forces. Lets show some respect

They better not run into great stand up enemies with good TDD.

The US is fucked..

If the ground is the ocean and Royce is a shark than wouldn't that mean the ocean is the ground and sharks can't breathe in a parking lot.
Navy Sharks > Navy Seals

This thread confirms you are on the spectrum. Wow embarrassing.

And part two of how to get beat down by Matt Hughes as though you don't even belong in a cage.

Tim Kennedy cross trains. BJJ isn't enough by itself, it needs to be included with additional skillsets like wrestling and striking. The main problem is that a lot of BJJ practicioners are still under the impression that all you need to train and know is BJJ for mma and real combat/streetfights. Reality is, that isn't enough.

Foot stomp fakes will take over the world.
