It's interesting that the only modern active fighter Roy used as an ingredient is GRJ (and active is a stretch). So yeah, this is Roy's idea of the greatest fighter of all time. Mine would look different.

It's not bad but why have the size of a HW and the power of a WW? Also I think Jones own reflexes are better than ali
Because Roy didn't want to discriminate against manlets? Roy did have better reflexes than Ali but he'd have to put himself down twice. Not that Roy would be above doing that, it would just make things less interesting.

Honestly, he could've put himself down for several of these and it would still be a good CAF. He's staying humble though I guess

Replace JCC with Mayweather for accuracy and it's pretty good.

Roy was a Salvador Sanchez fan I believe. So he showed his understanding for the game by using Sanchez for his boxing IQ.

Not bad, mine would be:
Speed, Hector Camacho
Power Edwin Rosario
Defense Pernell Whitaker
Quickness Roy Jones Jr.
Size, Muhammad Ali
But these are really only a few aspects and dont even mention intangibles.

Does it ever occur to people who play those "build a fighter" games there might be a physiological reason why no HW has ever had the hand speed of Gary Russell Jr.? Like their arms could detach themselves from their bodies or their brains could shut down due to the lack of oxygen or something.

I don't think this has ever occurred to anyone.

Odds are meant to be defied

Mayweather could have taken a few of those categories. Also add Chuvalo's chin.
Chin, cut resistance, stamina I'll try to write a more exhaustive list later.

Not too familiar with Sal Sanchez, ive watched the Nelson and Gomez fights and a bunch of highlights but did he have a high enough fight IQ for Roy to pick him for that??

I think Sal had the complete package along with size and power and probably the first successful Mexican fighter that fought Americanized but never really struck me as a high IQ fighter.

James Toney could be a good one for cut resistance. I only remember him getting cut once and that was from a headbut to the eyebrow.

Go with the power of julian jackson proportionate to a heavyweight with Floyd's accuracy and James Toney's defense.
