She has landed takedowns. Her skill level depends on where you start judging. I rate her as middling in most skills. She used to be more a bomb thrower with some boxing thrown in and a competent clinch and wrestling game for the kinds of opponents she would face. Okay bjj. She used to fight at flyweight prior to her run in Invicta and the UFC until her recent return to flyweight.
During her stint in Invicta she was one of the bigger fighters at 115lbs. She could use her size advantage and strength to her advantage. She was still deficient against the more skilled opponents but she could manage okay.
The UFC brought in tons more and larger opponents with better skills, many of them former flyweights themselves. All of Rawlings advantages went away. Her skills have only improved somewhat. She has been getting left behind. Going up in weight again it will be tougher as there are lots of fighters at flyweight at this level as big as or bigger, more skilled, and younger then her.
One skill she has always had is this:
Not really the skill you want as an MMA fighter but it is consistent throughout her career in MMA.
(Edit)
Back during Invicta Bec got a lots of credit and fans from her short notice fight against Carla Esparza. She put on a decent showing but Esparza easily outwrestled her to control from top position a win in a championship fight (that went to decision).
Just pointing out a little history and context.
