Hey Guys, I am new to Jiu Jitsu (6months) and have been watching Rowan Cunningham's training videos at Learn Brazillian Jiu Jitsu Techniques - Free Training Videos - Home. They have helped me out a lot as I can bring one or two new moves to the gym when I'm in and try them out on the other guys I train with. Its also helped in that I recognize what someone is trying to do to me now more often before its to late. I hope the vids are helpful to you to its been a great resource for myself. I noticed there now is 100 vids up and a video of his last fight (a win) against Stephane Lamarche which he won by guillotine choke.
