Dana doesn't sound confident she will return for the New York show.

“Ronda’s going to come out and let us know when she’s ready to fight again,” White said.
“I would really like her to fight this year,” he said. “I hope she does.”
“No fighter has worked harder than Ronda Rousey over the last three years, probably other than Conor McGregor,” he said. “So she deserves the time off.”

Wow, this coming from the guy who wanted both Holly Holm and Miesha Tate to wait for her return.

Probably waiting for women welterweight to be introduced.

So she may not... but then again.. she may....

We are no further forward than we were before this thread existed

Which is disappointing

I was hoping for an answer

Oh well. She'll return when she's ready. You know Miesha breathed a huge sigh of relief.

I'll be fine with that, although I would like to see a Holly head kick one more time. Too soon?

I wouldn't care if she never steps foot in a cage or ring again

Ronda be like "I will make you guys miss me and you will realise you lost such an incredible person, you are privileged to watch me fight. The fans must learn, you are not allowed to celebrate another woman's victory over me. YOU WILL ONLY SUPPORT ME!"

are they planning to throw her in with top competition at that time? seems risky

No ones worked harder than Rousey during the last couple years? Beyond media obligations he has no clue if that statement is true or not. Dana is in every gym monitoring how much everyone trains.

Not surprised. Even though Holm lost against Tate, it looks like she made the right decision by fighting, and not sitting around and waiting for Rousey, imo.
