Rothwells Berserker Movement

After he went nuts on Vera, Rothhwell knocked out Reem, and did the Berserker dance. If I remember correctly he referenced that he wanted to use this "footwork" during the fight, but didn't get the chance, so that's why he did it after the KO.

Does anyone know why he has since seemingly given up on the movement? I would post the gif but this is from my phone so help me out please.
