If Namajunas SIGNED to fight, then she should honor that commitment.

If you don't wanna fight, then do not sign. It just creates problems for everyone. And this was the CO-MAIN FFS!

Sorry, but this is disappointing. Fighters should honor their signed contracts. NO this is obviously is not an ideal situation for anyone, but it's the same for everyone, so just bite the bullet and honor your commitment. Just my view.
 
They should replace this with Tyron v Colby.
 
As I said in other posts, for THIS card, UFC should (and I expect DID, although we do not know for sure) have a plethora of backups for most of these fights. I hope they DID that, and have backups 'A' and backups 'B'. Considering the costs of losing fights on a very very important card, paying some people extra to be on 'standby' should be a no-brainer in these difficult and unpredictable days.
 
Is there a "reason"? I mean, Dana seems to be doing the impossible thing only to have his co-main fight cancelled for no reason.
 
Dana if he was thinking ahead should have anticipated this. He has to have a backup plan for his Main and Co-Main at LEAST.

It's all part of the costs of putting an unusual card together.
It is somewhat foolish to put all your eggs in one basket.

You need several baskets, and multiple eggs.
This in *not* Dana's first rodeo : he must have seen this coming, I would anticipate.

You're hating on WMMA soooooo hard ITT... I'm not a fan myself and hate middling female fighters clogging up a fight card...

But, as a fight fan, you honestly can't just enjoy a good fight?
