My lowest moment WAS punching a wall and having to go to the hospital

Then I had to punch the wall at hospital with my other hand. Which then became my lowest moment. By the time the night was over I was in body cast! LOL

Seriously though, I agree. Understanding why someone did something stupid doesn't make it any less stupid.

Being beat that way Infront of your hometown it must be devastating. He handled it the wrong way but even competitors lose control were only human after all

oh god, "alpha". Why is it every time someone says "alpha" they end up soundling like the biggest loser in the world? No, I would say the fighters who lost and were able to say, "Wow, this really sucks. I'm going to work even harder so I don't experience this again." were "alpha".

The guy just suffered an embarrassing loss in front of his home crowd and did something stupid in frustration. I doubt he was the first fighter to ever punch a wall in frustration, it just happens that he injured himself pretty badly doing it.

Jeremy Stephens is good at KOing prospects. I expect Jason to make a Dos Anjos type run.
 
Morbid reality :( - Stephens was impressive as fuck though, super nice head kick, was so perfected timed. Also, anyone else think his punch afterwards was similar to hendos on bisping? :D.
