I was looking through a number of weigh ins of Ronda's to see if anything of note could be seen.
This is the latest weigh in at UFC 193 vs Holm:
Not only does she look very drained but also less muscled as I use to remember. Let's go back to when she won the Strikeforce title vs Kaufman.
She obviously look way less drained but also more muscled, but I don't think the difference is big enough to speak about Strikeforce-Ronda as in her prime muscle mass wise.
Her muscle prime was during her time in the UFC.
I think she peaked in the fights vs McMann and Alexis:
She still looked well-muscled versus Zingano but looked more drained.
Similiar versus Correira:
And back again to the weigh in versus Holm.
My conclusion, which I admit is weak, is that 1) the Strikeforce-Ronda's physcial prime is a myth, 2)She peaked musclewise during her UFC run, 3) Had a downturn in her last couple of fights while at the same time looked really drained.
The overall differences are not too big, we don't see any Ubereem vs Ecoreem differences but they are there.
