Rousey is no where near Conor's level. Rousey at 200 would be exciting but the whole atmosphere would change without the chanting Irish crowd. The events Conor has been on have been nearly magical owing to the atmosphere and crowd We have been given some of the greatest fights ever owing to that crowd dynamic and the adrenaline it gives the fighters.

UFC 200 is also in the summer and give the Irish crowd ample time to save up, make arrangements, etc. 196 had a very lackluster crowd for a Conor event, owing to the fact it was so close to UFC 194 and these working class folks didn't have the means to make 2 trips in 3 months to the other side of the world. Ronda's fan simply aren't that committed and dont shell out the green stuff. She is popular like Lorena Bobbitt was popular, it simply doesn't equate to cash tho.
