It's not less common for a woman to be sexually active, but it happens less? I think I get what you're trying to say, but women do not have the same sexual drive men have in general, which is why it's more indicative of past trauma, or mental health issues when you see a woman being promiscuous than a man. Does that make sexual promiscuity inherently bad? No, everyone should be judged case by case, but that is why there is more of a stigma for men than there is for women.

Women are way oversexualized in today's culture, yet if you question any of it you're somehow anti-woman or something when in fact over sexualizing women on social media since they're 13 is harming them greatly

I explained the reasons it does exist, this is how the human brain works, it's pointless to whine about why it shouldn't exist. I agree everyone should be judged as an individual, but to just ignore the obvious truth that a promiscuous woman is more likely to have problems than a promiscuous man is impossible.
